Lamination Packets/Yokes

We provide High-Performance Induction Furnace Lamination Yoke made from high-quality materials, as well as Insulation at a competitive price. Yokes are made of laminated CRGO or CRNGO sheets that have been cut from prime materials and annealed for proper grain orientation up to the required temperature. These laminated sheets are pressed with a hydraulic press machine to maintain their tightness, resulting in a very small air gap between the laminations for a better result. Yokes are bolted or welded together with copper plates for cooling.
Water Cooled Copper plates are placed between laminations or on the extreme sides to remove excess heat. Yokes are primarily used to pass large magnetic flux of induction coil.
